Mid Cal Region Annual Council Meeting 2016

 

Please come to the Mid Cal Region Annual meeting. We will be covering important business reviewing 2016 and looking forward to 2017 - your voice is needed! Each Club and Riding Center must send at least one representative to the Regional Council Meeting.

Who:     Current and incoming DCs, Joint DCs, Riding Center Administrators (CAs) and Assistant Center Administrators (ACAs), Regional Officers and Appointees should attend. Club Secretaries, Treasurers, Sponsors, parents, and volunteers are also encouraged to attend.

  • A Copy of your completed Club Renewal Packet - not necessary if you are renewing online. (Please note: Club Renewal Packets are due postmarked to USPC office (by DC) November 15.  **Please do not bring the original Club Renewal Packet that is due to USPC office — send it directly to USPC** )
  • Middle California Regional Dues Form with club check made out to Middle California Region for total regional dues.

Anyone who is interested in any of the Regional positions is welcome to contact any member of the Nominating Committee. Contact phone numbers and emails are listed below. Just to be clear, anyone interested in any of the positions will be given a chance, and it is the job of the Nominating Committee to allow that they be put on the slate.
 
For someone to be a RS/VRS, they must be
            1. Recommended by the Nominating Committee or nominated from the floor
            2. Voted and Recommended by the regional council
            3. Appointed by the VP of Regional Administration
 
Secretary, Treasurer, RIC and HMOs are  
           1. Recommended by the Nominating Committee or nominated from the floor
           2. Elected by the regional council
